Made from lacquered MDF Bars, lacquered woodHooks, and powder-coated stainless steel. W 140/ H 190 /D 60cm. Yasmine Benhadj-Djilali grew up in Algiers and Cologne. She studied architecture at the RWTH Aachen and taught at the Technische Universität Darmstadt, where she focused on places in transition with an emphasis on violent upheaval in the Arabic world. Her mixed background from North Africa and Europe led to an international approach with projects in Berlin, London, Paris, Beirut and Beijing. (mb) http://www.ybdd.de/
